Appointments are required to ensure we have ample time to show you your new home in Downtown Winston! Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Link Apartments® 4th Street requires all residents to obtain renter's insurance for a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage and list our community as an additional interested party. We must have a copy of your declaration page or acord prior to move-in. Ask us about our partner, ePremium, for all your renter's insurance needs!

Our Link Apartments® Team is dedicated to ensuring your move-in is smooth and stress free! Part of that process is making your home fresh & move-in ready by hiring our professional cleaners to sparkle and clean every inch, and our Link Service Team performs our Link Apartments® quality control checklist. Plus, our on-site Leasing Team is available 7 days a week to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
Our gated parking deck is located directly across from our property on Poplar St. Monthly parking fees are $20-40 per vehicle, and vary based on parking needs. Spaces are limited, so contact our office today for more information about our parking policies!

We love to see your Link Style! You can decorate your home with paint*, curtains, and artwork. Reach out to our office if you'd like to further discuss any of your décor ideas!

Submit regular service requests 24/7 on the Link Apartments® App or your online resident portal! For the fastest response to emergency after-hours maintenance requests, please call us at 336.360.6686. Your Link Apartments® home is our priority. We expect to complete all requests within 24-hours and will let you know if that is not possible!
You are responsible for your water, electric, and internet/cable. Water is submetered and can be paid with your monthly rent through the Link resident portal. You must set up your electric with Duke Energy prior to move in. You can choose between Spectrum and AT&T for fiber internet and cable.
Easily pay rent with an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card on the Link mobile app or resident portal! Kindly note, the portal is only open for online payments on the 1st - 5th of every month.
We have a turf dog run open 24/7! We also offer a Link Paws Spa that includes a professional grade dog wash and blow dryer!

Our income requirements are 2.5 times the monthly rent. We also run a credit, criminal, civil court, and rental history background check. Please contact the office for a detailed list of our residential criteria.

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7. For emergency requests, please call 336.360.6686 and follow the menu prompts to reach our service team. All other maintenance requests can be submitted through our Link Apartments® App.
