Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, and Bull Mastiff

*Effective January 1, 2026, the one-time pet fee will increase from $250 to $300 for one pet, with an additional $100 fee for a second pet. Monthly pet rent will increase from $10 to $20.
